Three blue houses.
Azul Tequila is three family Mexican restaurants in Sebring, Lake Wales and Arcadia, Florida — same turquoise paint, same agaves by the door, same food regulars have been ordering for years.
One paint color, three towns
Sebring is on US Hwy 27. Lake Wales is on Macey Lane. Arcadia is on Oak Street — three different towns, each with its own regulars. Walk up to any of the three and you'll find the same turquoise siding, the same green or rust metal roof, and agaves planted in white gravel by the front door.
Customers say they can spot an Azul Tequila from the road before they can read the sign. That's on purpose — it's the same family, the same recipes, wherever you walk in.
The band that never stops playing
At the Sebring location, five life-size mariachis and a dancer in a blue folklórico dress stand carved and painted in wood by the front door, under a carved relief panel of jimadores harvesting agave.
They don't play a note, but they're the first thing regulars point out to first-timers. Most people take a photo before they take a seat.
Made at the table
The guacamole comes to the table and gets built in front of you — avocado mashed to order, jalapeño folded in if you ask for it. The molcajete arrives sizzling, in hot stone.
Both are the two dishes regulars mention before anything else, at every one of the three locations — and both show up in review after review with the same word: generous.
- Tableside guacamole, made to order
- House molcajete, served sizzling
- Big margaritas, salt-rimmed in blown glass

What the neighbors say
Three towns, three separate Google listings, three ratings — shown here honestly, not averaged into one.
“The table side guacamole is to flip over. I love it made with the added jalapeño! The Patron and blue berry margaritas were exceptional.”
“The food has been delightful — flavorful, good quality, and good-sized portions… The molcajete is superb!”
“Their food never disappoints and they have been consistent in flavor and large portions for the many years I have been coming to Arcadia.”
