Azul Tequila — Sebring
The turquoise building on US Hwy 27 N, where five hand-carved mariachis and a folklórico dancer keep watch by the door. Tableside guacamole made with jalapeño, and margaritas poured into a goblet built for two.
Five carved musicians keep the door
Life-size, hand-carved and hand-painted — a mariachi band and a dancer in a blue folklórico dress stand under the porch roof, the same five figures regulars walk past on the way in. Above them, a carved relief panel of jimadores harvesting agave runs the length of the roofline.
This is the building people mean when they say "the blue one on 27" — turquoise clapboard, a green metal roof, and agaves planted in white gravel out front.

What the neighbors say
"Azul Tequila is by far one of my favorite Mexican restaurants to visit when I am in Sebring. The table side guacamole is to flip over. I love it made with the added jalapeño! The Patron and blue berry margaritas we exceptional. Can't wait to come back!"
